Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NursingCEA (the “Service”), available at nursingcea.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What NursingCEA is

NursingCEA provides free, original NCLEX®-style practice questions, quizzes, study guides, and study tools for nurses and nursing students. It is an educational practice and study resource only.

2. Not a continuing-education provider

NursingCEA is nota continuing-education provider. We do not grant continuing-education (CE) credit, contact hours, or certificates, we are not accredited, and nothing on the Service satisfies any state Board of Nursing’s licensure or renewal requirements. Any licensing or continuing-education information we publish is general information only — always confirm current requirements with your state Board of Nursing.

3. Educational use only — not medical advice

All questions, rationales, study guides, and tools are for study and practice only. They are notmedical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for clinical judgment, your facility’s policies, or current provider orders. Content is written and reviewed for accuracy, but reference ranges, drug information, and guidelines vary by source and change over time — always verify against current, authoritative clinical references before applying anything in practice. Our calculators are practice aids; verify every calculation before administering any medication.

4. Trademark / non-affiliation

NCLEX® is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). NursingCEA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN. Any use of the NCLEX name is nominative, to describe the exam our material helps you prepare for.

5. Accounts

You can use much of the Service without an account. A free account (created passwordlessly via an emailed link or code) saves your scores and progress. You are responsible for the email account you use to sign in. Provide accurate information and don’t use someone else’s email.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk-copying the question bank, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, no reselling or redistributing our content, and no automated abuse of our forms or email flows. All content on the Service is original and owned by NursingCEA; you may use it for your personal study only.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content is complete or current, or that using it will result in passing any exam or obtaining any license.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NursingCEA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any clinical, academic, or licensure decision made in reliance on it. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
